We reserve the right to decline or discontinue service for any project that poses a health or safety risk, is outside our service capabilities, or violates local codes or laws.

Quotes and Estimates

All quotes are provided free of charge and are based on the information available at the time of inspection. Quotes are valid for 7 days unless otherwise specified. Final costs may vary based on actual conditions, parts required, or scope changes agreed upon during the job.

Emergency Services

Emergency plumbing services are available 24/7, including holidays. We strive to respond quickly, but availability may vary depending on technician capacity, weather conditions, or access limitations.

4.

Payment Terms

• Full payment is due upon completion of service unless prior arrangements have been made.

• We accept cash, major credit/debit cards, and digital payment options.

• A service invoice will be provided electronically or in print.

• Late payments may incur additional fees or interest.

5.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 12 hours in advance without penalty. Cancellations made within less than 12 hours may be subject to a service call fee, especially for non-emergency, scheduled visits.

6.

Warranty

We stand behind our workmanship with a limited warranty:

• Labor: 30 days from service completion.

• Parts: As per manufacturer warranty.

Warranty void if equipment is misused, modified by others, or affected by unrelated plumbing/electrical issues.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing clear, safe access to work areas.

• Notifying us of known hazards (e.g., asbestos, unstable structures).

• Ensuring pets and children are kept clear of the work zone.

We are not liable for delays caused by inaccessible areas or unsafe conditions.

Liability

High Mark Plumbing Service is not liable for:

• Pre-existing plumbing issues or damage unrelated to our work.

• Water damage caused by delays in notification or access.

• Customer-supplied parts or equipment failures.

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9.

Website Usage

Use of our website (highmarkplumber.net) is subject to the following:

• All content is owned or licensed by High Mark Plumbing Service.

• Users may not duplicate, distribute, or misuse website content.

• We make no guarantees that the website will be error-free or available at all times.
